DocTiming.bg is a medical platform aiming to improve the health culture of the Bulgarians and to offer a new more effective way of choosing a doctor.

As the only designer in the team, my responsibilities included everything design-related throughout the whole development of the project - from scratch to the final working state. My tasks consisted of wireframing and graphic designing of the site, testing with users, constant updating of the site due to usability improvements and new features, branding, logo design, communicating to team the user testing results and supporting developers with design expertise in the implementation.
DocTiming's growth process: from wireframe through first version of the site to the redesigned final version.

Conducting A/B testing sessions with several iterations (each with 6-9 participants) of the more complex but key pages

Facilitating usability test sessions (recorded with the Silverback tool)

Organizing team meetings to watch the sessions together and discuss the pain points

(image from Steve Krug's book "Rocket Surgery Made Easy - The Do-It-Yourself Guide to Finding and Fixing Usability Problem")
Discovering how our users are actually interacting with the site via heatmaps, scrollmaps, confetti, etc. (using the Crazy Egg tool)

Some of the logo design iterations (based on gathered feedback from our fb fans & friends)
